Thirteen is a time of findings
A time you decide who you are and who you are going to be
A time where you finally get the chance to let your personality shine through
A time where you can be yourself
No matter what

Thirteen is a time where the little things become the big things
A time where everyone rushes to be in the in-crowd and the people left become the "nobodys"
A time where your family becomes a part of your life less and less
A time where your group of friends big or small slowly take over your life
In a good way or a bad way

Thirteen is a time of uncertainty
A time you make the choices and you go through the consequences usually alone
A time where you realize being alone is not as good as you thought it would be
A time of different paths usually leading you to dead ends
Forcing your fragile little body to get back up so you can do it the right way

Thirteen is hard and thirteen is rough
